Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how free trials, cancellations, refunds and service delivery work for DigiKalvi subscriptions offered by Softills Technologies Private Limited. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

2. Free Trial

Every school can try DigiKalvi free for 30 days, with access to all features and no credit card required. You are not charged during the trial and are not charged afterwards unless you choose a paid plan.

3. Subscription Charges

Paid plans are billed in advance, per student, for the billing period you select (monthly or yearly), plus applicable GST. Current prices are listed on the Subscription Plans page.

4. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@digikalvi.com from your registered email address.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. You can keep using DigiKalvi until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Please cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.

5. Refunds

Because DigiKalvi is a digital service that is activated as soon as payment is received, fees already paid for a billing period are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time after cancellation.

A refund will be issued in these cases:

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Payment taken but subscription not activated: your account was debited but the subscription was not activated and we cannot activate it.
• Incorrect or excess amount: you were charged an amount different from the order total shown at checkout.

6. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank or the payment gateway within 5 to 7 working days. If you do not receive it in that time, contact us with your transaction details and we will help follow it up.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email support@digikalvi.com as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of the payment, with your institute name, registered email, transaction ID or reference, payment date and amount, and a short description of the issue. We will review the request and reply with the outcome.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after approval. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

8. Service Delivery

DigiKalvi is a digital, online service. No physical goods are shipped. After we receive confirmation of successful payment, your subscription is activated on your DigiKalvi account and you can log in and use the service. If you do not have access after paying, contact us and we will resolve it.
